IMPORTANT DETAILS
Book the Correct Date
First – we’re in CHARLOTTE, NC. No refunds if you don’t realize that.
Second – please make sure you’re booking for the correct date. If you go forward in the booking process and return to this page, the date will reset to today’s date. We want you to be signed up for the right day of course!
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you book the wrong day and miss your game.
Private Games
We offer the option to book a private game for $156 and include up to 6 guests. If you’d like to add additional guests to your room, you may do so in the booking process for $26 per person.
If you do not book a “private event,” there is a chance other guests may join your game.
Refund Policy
We offer full refunds for any cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your start time. There are no refunds for cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your start time.
Large Groups (20+ players)
We offer discounts to groups of 20+ people that aren’t available online. Check out our Group Events page, call or email us to book your large group.
Available Times & Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to our scheduled game availability. Games will disappear from our website 15 minutes before their start time.
Age Limits
All of our games are meant for players 10 years old and up. Guests under 10 are welcome only if you book a private game, and an adult is required in the room with players 14 and under.
